Jeleane Osborn came to McKibben and Company Realty in November of 2007. She came to Grand Lake from Severy Kansas, a town located East of Wichita. The scenery is the main thing that encouraged Jeleane to sell her propane business, and move to Grand Lake full time.
"It has been my dream to move to Grand Lake since 1977. I feel so blessed to wake up every morning and look at the beauty of the changing waters on Grand. It may be the beautiful sunrise or sunset, the sun shining making it appear like millions of diamond like sparkles all over the water" Jeleane said.
She enjoys living in the area, and is thankful to be able to sell something that she adores so much. She has sold real estate since the early 2000's, and says it has been a wonderful experience to help her clients fulfill their own Grand Lake Experience and lifestyle.
What does Jeleane see in the future for her Grand Lake Community? She comments "I see a great fit for more housing developments, more upscale restaurants and hotels that will offer unique amenities." As Grand Lake continues to grow every day with the amount of full time residents nearly doubling every year, these amenities are literally right around the corner!
